We focus on making sure the contractor delivers exactly as intended in the design package.
By preparing strong, coordinated documents—complete specifications, detailed drawings, and clear sequences and controls—we minimize change orders and reduce costly surprises in the field. What sets us apart is that our CA team is also involved early in the design phases, bringing field experience into the drawings to ensure every detail is not only accurate, but also constructible. This way, our clients receive more than just good-looking plans; they receive complete, buildable solutions that perform as designed.
Cost Estimating Services
At ACE, our cost estimating goes far beyond software numbers. While tools like RSMeans can provide a baseline, we take it further by working directly with our equipment representatives to obtain exact pricing for the systems and materials shown on the drawings. We also apply accurate labor costs, backed by the expertise of our senior MEP cost estimator with more than 23 years of experience.
Our in-house design team works closely with the cost estimating group to ensure each project remains within the construction budget from the earliest phases through final submissions. We provide detailed cost estimate reports at every milestone, helping our clients save money, avoid overruns, and make informed decisions. This approach ensures not only the most energy-efficient solutions but also the most cost-efficient designs.
